How Fitting....

All of our corsets are handmade in England by a very special family firm. We stock a range of sizes instore, to fit to you, and which you may buy instantly. We also have a catalogue of complete styles available, from which you are able order from once you have chosen your preferred colour and style, and have been fitted for size. Ordered corsets should arrive to our store within the week. A 50% deposit is payable when you place your order. Once the corset has arrived, we will then call you back in to the shop for a perfect fitting check and payment of the balance. You will be given a box to keep your corset protected.

Our corsets are the best quality for fit and fabric. They are not steel boned as this can be dangerous and too-restrictive. Instead, they feature silicone boning which supports and enhances your figure, whilst moving with you, allowing you to eat, sit or dance the night away in comfort. They are fully lined, fully adjustable to the middle (upper and lower halves can be loosened independently) and have a modesty panel (no visible flesh creeping out at the back which looks a bit tacky, we think). Many colours are available, in thick satin, Chinese silk, Thai silk, plush cotton velvet, denim or tartan. The corsets are made to last a very long time, and a properly fitted one will allow some weight fluctuation of up or down a size, over the years.

Sizing you up...

Generally, take your usual waist/ jeans measurement and knock 4 inches off this (eg. if you are a size 12/ have 30" waist jeans, you are likely to fit a 26" corset). Our corsets range from 18" to 38".

We welcome you to come instore for a complimentary fitting and style consultation. Depending on how tall you are, which bits you'd rather conceal/ flaunt, it's important to get some proper advice to maximise your investment. Many styles are available so that every woman can look fabulous in a corset, regardless of waist size, bust size, hip size, body length and occasion (black tie, boudoir, or burlesque). All of this can be ascertained in a 20 minute consultation with Lucy. It's usually fine to pop in for a chat & fit, but you may prefer to call us on 0131 5582 777 to book in a consultation time, in case we are busy serving other customers when you pop in, or if you have special requirements. We can also suggest suitable attire to wear with your corset, depending on occasions that you have in mind, and it is now possible to order skirts which will fit underneath and match your corset, should you require a bespoke look.

Pricing

The sky is often the limit with many corsets, however, we believe in keeping costs sensible whilst offering you the absolute best quality and work. This means that our selection of corsets are some of the best priced you can buy, ranging from £120 to just under £300. The majority sit between £180 - £240, as a guideline for budgeting.
