Postage and Packing

We ship within the UK, via Royal Mail, 1st Class recorded. Please expect to sign for your order.
Postage and Packaging is charged at a flat rate of £3.95
Delivery time is 1 - 3 working days.

We use plain, discreet white box packaging.

We use recycled, re-used and/or recyclable packaging, and our tissue paper is dyed with natural dyes rather than bleaches/ chemicals. It is all made by Devonshire folk in the UK, rather than a factory in China. We only use companies with sustainable forestry policies in place.

Overseas Orders

We are now starting to send orders outside of the UK, within Europe. This is charged at £9.95 flat rate. Please add 'Overseas Postage' at £6 extra (added to the usual £3.95) found in the Accessories option of the Product listings. This is just until we have integrated a new Euro system.

Your credit card will be charged in Sterling GBP at the daily rate of exchange for your currency/ Euro.

We will advise you at the time, via email, of how your goods are being best shipped to you, and when you can expect to sign for them.
