Organic Pleasures does not accept returns of intimate items, unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault. However, as all stock is checked before being dispatched, refunds are entirely at the manager's discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Certain items can be returned but postage will have to be paid for by the customer. You have 28 days to return or exchange any unwanted items if the individual packaging/ tags are intact and the item is unused and in fair condition. Alternatively, if you live locally and it is more convenient for you to visit the store to return goods, please do so.

Refunds are via original payment method.

Instore Returns

We do not accept returns for intimate items. We give careful sales advice to customers at the time of purchase to ensure that they make the right personal buying choices at the time. All our items are displayed instore to assist your choosing. Lingerie may be returned if unworn and either exchanged for a different size etc., or refunded. Similarly, body care can be returned for exchange or refund. Receipts must be shown, and the return period is 28 days. Refunds are via original payment method. Gift box items with no receipts may be exchanged only, at current selling price.

All purchases made from November have an extended seasonal return time until January 15th.
